Whisper

Listen to the sound of whisper. Just let go your thoughts. Give yourself a freedom and fly with your mind. Just listen to the sound of little things – the rain, the wind, people talking very quietly. So quietly that it is almost impossible to hear them. Try to listen to silence and feel how calmness go through your body.

Feel the feather slightly moving on your arm. Feel that tingling going through your all body. Free your mind and let go. Let go all of the bad memories and keep the good ones. Let yourself feel the calmness.
